ROCC's Mission: ROCC works to enhance Ouray County's quality of life through education, protection of the environment and promotion of social justice.

We hope that you become a member of ROCC and join our ongoing efforts to preserve and enhance Ouray County’s quality of life. ROCC membership supports Western Colorado Alliance for Community Action (WCA), a grassroots alliance of Western Slope community groups. WCA is in turn a member of Western Organization of Resource Councils (WORC) a multi-state coalition of community organizations. WORC provides access to regional and national platforms for issue advocacy as well as education and training opportunities.

ROCC is a 501c3 nonprofit.
