residents and donate to a fund that will be
used to obtain legal counsel to fight to KEEP
THE SNOW on County Roads 5, 7 and 9.
This fund will be used to retain an attorney to give us legal advice on keeping the upper sections of County Roads 5, 7 and 9 unimproved and unplowed in the winter. These county roads belong to ALL of the citizens of Ouray County, not just a privileged few. And they have been enjoyed historically by all types of recreationists and nature lovers for undisturbed, pristine, free public access to our National Forest in the winter.
